This is a hostel people, not a hotel or condo. Your other choices are 3 and 4 and 5 times the price of this hostel. Yes the price is high for a hostel, but this is Kauai. They did this to a number of other people too. It’s now August 2022 and they still haven’t given me a dime back of the $250 I paid. And then nothing, she stopped answering my texts. I said please refund my money and was told to just reach out another time to stay. She refused to give me a refund and said there was nothing more that they could do to help me. I then ask for a refund because this was the second time I couldn’t stay at that hostel for circumstances out of my control.
